Myers asked if they are going to be paying to the other two breeds. Druck replied that if at some future time the Legislature, the Racing Commission and the HBPA reach an agreement. It would first have to go to the Legislature because they are not authorized at the present time. Then they would have to have an agreement with the HBPA and they would then take those two agreements to the Racing Commission and seek authority to simulcast a breed other than harness horses. As long as they do not simulcast or run a breed other than harness horses, all of the revenue would go to the harness industry. Myers then asked if a harness track is approved, will the harness track racing at Canterbury be negated so that they will not be able to run them on simulcast any more?
